Each session will introduce a short routine that you can do at home. As you let go of restrictions, stress and tension, you will experience a more natural way of being. Yamuna® Body Rolling gives you the ability to "work on yourself" anytime, anywhere, forever.
Jonny’s teaching combines the still, quiet poses of restorative yoga and the vigorous movements of Hatha yoga.
The integration of poses and breathwork create an environment that supports the body, mind and spirit. Completely supported in your pose with props and bolsters, you are encouraged to deeply relax and allow your body to gently transform.
The poses in the Hatha style emphasizes the breath in a different way. In the practice of being present in yoga, the clues that come from our breathing patterns help guide us in modifying our physical, mental or emotional perspective for improved yoga flow.

Please dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to move easily. Bring a mat if you have one, and two beach towels or small blankets for supported poses.
