Learn the
basics of Yamuna Body Rolling and why this work is so effective in achieving your personal goals for body sustainability.
Each session will introduce a short routine that you can do at home. Yamuna® Body Rolling gives you the ability to "work on yourself" anytime, anywhere, forever.
These classes are ongoing, allowing you to "jump in" anytime you feel ready. Register for an individual class, or for a series of 6, starting whenever you are able to. Each session will offer a bit of foot work as we work progressively through our feet, legs, hips, spine, abdomen, sides, back, chest and arms.Monday Mornings, 10am to 11:15am

Wednesday Evenings, 5:30pm to 6:45pm

Evening Yoga

Jonny’s teaching combines the still, quiet poses of restorative yoga and the vigorous movements of Hatha yoga.
The integration of poses and breathwork create an environment that supports the body, mind and spirit. Completely supported in your pose with props and bolsters, you are encouraged to deeply relax and allow your body to gently transform.
The poses in the Hatha style emphasizes the breath in a different way. In the practice of being present in yoga, the clues that come from our breathing patterns help guide us in modifying our physical, mental or emotional perspective for improved yoga flow.
Monday and Thursday evening, 5:30 - 6:45 pm
Rates: $13 drop-in per class. $10 per class when purchased by the month

Please dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to move easily. Bring a mat if you have one, and two beach towels or small blankets for supported poses.
